Extremely firm beds!!! Pillows felt like bricks, making sleep nearly impossible!!! Noise from the street disrupted rest, especially early in the morning!!! Improvements in soundproofing would enhance comfort significantly!!!

The location is spot on, just a quick stroll to the plaza. Rooms reek of cleanliness and have solid AC for that Tequila heat. The terrace is a nice spot to chill. Wish the beds were softer, though—woke up feeling like I wrestled a bear. It's the little things, you know?

I appreciated the easy access to the main attractions just a few blocks away. The room was clean, and it felt great after a long day. I enjoyed spending time on the terrace, relaxing and soaking in the surroundings. There was a fun local vibe at night. many people were out enjoying the evening. As a couple traveling from Italy, we valued these moments.

nueve agaves was fantastic! the deluxe room was spacious and clean, with quick hot water in the nice bathroom. it's just a short walk to everything, which made exploring super easy. The customer service was excellent. they really took care of us during our stay.
